The chaos initially erupted after contestant Vanshaj Singh read aloud a provocative letter that mocked Kushal Tandon's gameplay, directly labelling the actor as a "manchild". The direct taunt immediately struck a nerve, leading to a heated face-off as a furious Kushal charged towards Vanshaj, shouting, "Hull kisko de raha hai bey?"
Vanshaj fired back without hesitation, warning, "Sun bey Kushal, muh faad dunga."

In the physical commotion that followed, Kushal accidentally pushed former Roadies leader Nikhil Chinapa, leaving the entire house completely stunned.
A visibly disturbed Sohail Khan chose to walk away from the aggressive scene, admitting, "This is not what I have signed up for yaar… merko abhi ghabrahat ho rahi hai," while Seema Sajdeh and Mini Mathur expressed their absolute disappointment over the volatile behaviour.

Stepping in to bring the chaotic situation under immediate control, host Kunal Kemmu firmly reminded Kushal that provocation can never be used to justify physical intimidation inside the game.
As Kushal attempted to defend his actions, Kunal questioned his flawed reasoning, asking, "Woh kuch bhi bolega toh aap chaku maar doge?" Kunal then made the strict rules of the show crystal clear, "Jo charge aapne kiya hai na... yeh allowed nahi hai, acceptable nahi hai kisi ke liye bhi nahi, aapke liye bhi nahi hona chahiye."
The conversation grew even more tense when Kushal remarked, "Main bhi respect kar raha hoon aapko… bahut respect kar raha hoon." This prompted a swift response from the host, who stated, "Main aaj aapki respect jeetne nahi aaya hoon. Respect kamayi jaati hai."
The physical altercation sparked mixed reactions across the headquarters, with Agu calling Kushal "baggage," Bali labelling his behaviour as "bully," and Niti Taylor terming his exchange with the host as completely "disrespectful".
Meanwhile, Vanshaj confronted Zaid Darbar over comments regarding Gauahar Khan, leading Zaid to issue an apology to his family for the inappropriate nature of the remarks.
As the intensity of the confrontation began to settle, Seema Sajdeh stepped in as a voice of reason, helping a distraught Kushal reflect on his explosive actions rather than react to the mounting criticism around him.
Encouraging him to take control of his own narrative, she reminded him, "You're driving your own narrative outside," and urged him not to let rival contestants dictate his gameplay. Overwhelmed by the backlash, an emotional Kushal broke down in tears and admitted, "I don't wanna stay."
Seema calmly reassured him that his true strength lay in his ability to rise above direct provocation and choose restraint over reaction.
Taking accountability for his physical reaction, Kushal later approached Nikhil Chinapa to issue a genuine apology for pushing him during the fight. He then sat down with Vanshaj Singh to clear the air, admitting that the altercation could have ended much worse and expressing a desire to end their differences.
Kushal stated that he held no personal grudge against Vanshaj and would look at him like a younger brother, before sealing their reconciliation with a heartfelt hug.
The emotional episode also delivered a softer moment as Sohail Khan reflected on how the show had unexpectedly helped him reconnect with Seema Sajdeh after years of emotional distance.
Sharing that their personal bond had beautifully evolved inside the house, Sohail stated, "Humari yahan baat chit ho rahi hai… I am caring about her, she is caring about me and it's so lovely."
