Avika Gor, who became a household name with her role as young Anandi in the popular TV show Balika Vadhu, is writing her own fairytale with longtime partner Milind Chandwani. After announcing their engagement in June, Avika has now surprised fans by confirming her wedding with her fiancé. The duo, who will be seen in reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga – Jodiyon Ka Reality Check, shared the wedding news on Colors, the platform that gave her stardom.

Avika Gor Announces Wedding With Milind Chandwani

During her appearance on the reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga, Avika revealed her wedding plans. In the promo of the premiere episode of the reality show, Avika gets emotional after watching old clips from Balika Vadhu. The scene then shifts to an AI version of a Balika Vadhu scene with her real-life partner Milind's face replacing 'Jagdish'. After this, Avika revealed that she will be getting married soon to Milind.

Making the announcement and revealing wedding plans, Avika said, "There’s something incredibly poetic about going back to the place where it all began — with gratitude, nostalgia, and a sense of purpose. Balika Vadhu taught me, and so many people out there, the power of choice and the courage it takes to rewrite your destiny. Years later, I return to COLORS not as Anandi the balika, but as Avika Gor the woman, ready to make the choice of a lifetime."

Sharing the big news, she stated, "My fiancé, Milind, has been my partner in growth, my strongest ally, and the fellow dreamer who sees me beyond the roles and scripts. When he asked me to spend my life with him, I yelled out the easiest yes of my life. We’re two imperfect people choosing to grow together, to challenge each other, and to build something real. I couldn’t imagine a more fitting place to share that than here, where it all started. Announcing our wedding on Pati Patni Aur Panga is symbolic and personal."

Milind, an MBA graduate, rose to the limelight after his participation in MTV Roadies Real Heroes in 2019. According to reports, Avika and Milind started dating in 2020, after meeting in Hyderabad through mutual friends.

Talking about the show Pati Patni Aur Panga, it is set to premiere on August 2 at 9:30 PM and will stream on Jiohotstar.
