TV actress Aishwarya Khare has decided to take a break from social media and her work commitments. After wrapping up her nearly four-year stint on the show, which concluded on June 29, Aishwarya announced her digital detox, citing the need to prioritize her well-being and family. In a heartfelt statement, she expressed her desire to step back, recharge, and reconnect with her loved ones.
Aishwarya said in a conversation with Pinkvilla, "Taking a step back to breathe, reconnect with my loved ones, and prioritise my well-being. The constant hustle has been beautiful, but a short break from the digital world feels much needed. See you soon, with more energy and gratitude!"
Bhagya Lakshmi premiered on August 3, 2021, on Zee TV and digital platform ZEE5. Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor's renowned production house Balaji Telefilms, the show follows the journey of Lakshmi, a kind-hearted and naive girl from a village, played by Aishwarya Khare, who marries Rishi Oberoi, a successful businessman portrayed by Rohit Suchanti.
The series explores themes of fate, betrayal, and love as Lakshmi navigates her new life with Rishi's family. After a successful run of almost four years, Bhagya Lakshmi concluded on June 29, 2025. With a total of 1358 episodes, the show kept audiences engaged with its intricate plot twists and character developments.
Directed by Sanjay Satavase and Muzammil Desai, the series featured a talented ensemble cast, including Smita Bansal as Neelam Oberoi, Uday Tikekar as Virendra Oberoi, and Munira Kudrati as Shalu Bajwa. The show's storyline is conceived by Ekta Kapoor and shaped by writers Anil Nagpal, Kavita Nagpal, and Mrinal Tripathi, with dialogues by Dheeraj Sarna and Nishchal Shome.
