In a recent episode, he openly confessed his feelings toward actress Natalia Janoszek, which, instead of winning him support, led to trolling and skepticism from viewers. Baseer said, "Cannot believe the amount of time I have been spending with you, the way I have been. Nobody gets this side of me. I just want to say this for once, if I wanted Nehal, I would have gotten her the first day. It is very clear to me and everybody in this house."
