BTS member Kim Seokjin, fondly known as Jin, marked his birthday by sharing a warm and heartfelt note of gratitude for ARMYs across the world. The eldest member of the globally loved group, who humorously refers to himself as “Worldwide Handsome,” turned 33 on December 4 and used the special occasion to express his appreciation and affection for the fans who have supported him throughout his journey. In his message, Jin conveyed how deeply their love means to him and extended his own to the massive fandom that continues to stand by BTS. Adding to the celebrations, his fellow bandmates also took to social media to shower him with adorable birthday wishes, making the day even more special for fans and the artist alike.

Jin wrote on Weverse, "Hello, I'm Jin. It's my birthday. Whoo-hoo. I couldn't say thank you on my birthday last year, but I'm so happy to be able to do it this year. A lot of good things happened this year. I released a solo album, had a concert, and all the members came back from the military without a big accident. What a grateful year it's been. Thanks to you, my birthday is back without much trouble haha. I always say this, but thanks to ARMY, I want to say thank you for working and living a happy life. ARMY, thank you always and I love you I'll turn on the birthday Live around 2 p.m. in Korean time! I love you. I want to celebrate my own birthday a little faster."

RM shared a striking monochrome photo of the birthday boy on social media, while V posted a playful video teasing Jin as part of the celebrations. A fan later compiled these heartfelt wishes online, highlighting the warm and endearing bond shared between the BTS members.

The official BTS Instagram account also wished Jin through its stories, while Jhope shared a few adorable photos and messages on his own handle. Jin and J-Hope, the eldest members of BTS, were also the first to complete their military service in 2024, finishing their duties just a few months apart.

For the unversed, BTS' Jin got discharged fro the military on June 12, 2024, becoming the first member to complete their military obligations. Following his discharge, he did his first solo world tour RunSeokjin Ep. Tour, that emerged a huge success. Not only this, he also released his second extended play Echo, which was a huge hit.
