BTS V, aka Kim Taehyung, has recently been discharged from mandatory military service on June 10, along with his gang member RM. As soon as the kpop star was released, he took no time to entertain his fans with his dancing videos. Not only that, he just achieved a new milestone days after military discharge by winning the Best Solo Idol Male award at the Top Ten Awards 2025. He will be receiving a physical trophy to commemorate his win. Notably, it will be his second prestigious honour from the Top Ten Award. 

ARMYs have been sending best wishes and congratulatory messages online. A user said, “WE DID IT TAE LOVERS CONGRATULATIONS TAEHYUNG #TTA_WINNER_V V BEST MALE SOLO.” A tweet read, “OMG WE DID IT!!! CONGRATULATIONS TAEHYUNG V BEST MALE SOLO #TTA_WINNER_V.”

Apart from V and RM, Jungkook, RM has been discharged from the military earlier this week. BTS Suga is set to be discharged on June 21. Kim Taehyung, along with the popular South Korean choreographer and dancer Leejung Lee shared dancing videos. His charismatic moves soon impressed the fans. V’s last album, Layover, was released in September 2023. The album comprises six songs, including rainy days, blue, love me again, slow dancing, for us and slow dancing (piano ver.).
