The Ba***ds of Bollywood premiere in Mumbai was a star-studded event, which had attendance of Shah Rukh Khan’s family, Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Ambanis and others. But popular comedian Samay Raina was the one who turned heads not just with his appearance but rather for his T-shirt. The stand-up comedian donned a black T-shirt which featured a quote, ‘Say no to cruise.’ The message caught the attention of the netizens. It seemed to be a reference to Aryan Khan’s arrest in 2021.

Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) when they raided a party on the Cordelia Empress cruise ship. The now debutant director, along with several others, was detained by the central government agency in connection with the alleged party where the drugs were reportedly found. He was detained for fews days until he was cleared of all charges in the case due to lack of evidence. With Samay Raina sporting the T-shirt, it seems he wanted to share a message.

Coming back to the premiere night, the event was held at Mumbai’s NMACC, which turned into a family affair for the Khan family. Shah Rukh Khan, with his wife Gauri and three children Aryan, Suhana and AbRam was present at the premiere to cheer for Aryan.

The series is a satirical action comedy drama, which is about an ambitious outsider and his friends, who navigate chaotic, larger-than-life and face the uncertainty of Bollywood. The Ba***ds Of Bollywood marked the directorial debut of Aryan Khan. The show has multiple cameos of big superstars like Tamannaah Bhatia, Shah Rukh Khan as himself and voiceover narrator of the story, Abram Khan (youngest son of SRK), Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan, Salman Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt Badshah and Diljit Dosanjh.
