In India, according to Sacnilk, Drishyam The Conclusion earned a staggering ₹66.75 crore net ( Rs 80.10 crore gross) on its opening day. The film recorded an overall 67.08 per cent occupancy for its Hindi 2D shows, peaking with night show occupancies reaching 76.46 per cent across 15,759 shows nationwide.

This marks the biggest opening in Ajay Devgn's career and the third-biggest for any Hindi film, behind only Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 and Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan.

While the film fell just short of the ₹100-crore global milestone on Day 1, it still registered the sixth-biggest opening in Bollywood history and the 21st-biggest opening overall among all Indian films.
