Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat Box Office Collection Day 2: Harshvardhan Rane, Sonam Bajwa’s Movie Rides High On Success Despite Thamma Wave

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat Box Office: Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna's Thamma swept the box office but the romantic drama Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat got off to a strong start at the box office. The Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa starrer made Rs 9 crore on Tuesday, giving it a solid push at the ticket windows. On Wednesday (Day 2), Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat brought in Rs 7.50 crore. The total revenue for the movie is Rs 16.50 crore.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat had the most screenings in the Delhi NCR area with 584 showings. Mumbai (354 shows), Ahmedabad (297 shows), and Hyderabad (202) are next in line. The occupancy rates of theaters in Delhi NCR and Mumbai were 31% and 34.75%, respectively. Bengaluru reported 42% occupancy, while Lucknow lead with 45%.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat recorded one of the biggest openings for a romantic drama in 2025, only after Saiyaara (Rs 20.50 crore). Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa starrer easily defeated Metro In Dino (Rs 3 crore) and Dhadak 2 (Rs 4 crore).

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is shattering all previous records. It has topped the lifetime collections of Badass Ravikumar (13.78 crores), Crazxy (14.03 crores), The Bhootnii (12.52 crores), and Mere Husband Ki Biwi (12.25 crores) in just 48 hours.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is Harshvardhan Rane's largest opener to date, according to trade analyst Taran Adarsh. The romance drama has premiered to great numbers at a number of mass centers, helped along by chart-topping music.
