How to Train Your Dragon Box Office Collection Day 1: Mason Thames and Nico Parker starrer American fantasy adevneture movie hit the silver screens on June 13. The film received love from the audience and the critics. How to Train Your Dragon made an impressive debut at the Indian box office, earning over Rs 4 crore. As per Sacnilk, How to Train Your Dragon earned Rs 4.88 crore on Day 1. The English version of the film earned Rs 2.96 crore, the Tamil version collected Rs 0.36 crore, the Hindi version earned Rs 1.1 crore and the Telugu version collected Rs 0.46 crore. As reported by ETimes, How to Train Your Dragon opened at USD 82.5 million across 4,356 theatres in North America. The movie contributed USD 35.5 million on Friday alone, including USD 11.1 million from previews.

According to reports, the film has been made on a budget of USD 150 million.
