This didn't come as a surprise, as the Hera Pheri actor is known for his early morning routines and going to bed early. It's a lifestyle that has inspired many. Twinkle dropped a quirky photo featuring herself with birthday boy Akshay Kumar. The image captured the couple posing behind a huge ‘Joker’ playing card cutout. Twinkle dressed as a clown with a red nose, the actor, on the other hand, donned glasses decorated with playing cards. Revealing details about how they celebrated his birthday, the former actress wrote, "Birthday celebrations that started at 7 a.m. and ended with cards and karaoke in the evening.
