Khushi Kapoor's perspective on her family has been both intimate and profound. With years of observation and the changing dynamics, the actress has witnessed some serious changes in life, in terms of family relationships. Growing up in the whirlwind of her parents' lives - the legendary actress Sridevi and the veteran producer Boney Kapoor - she has witnessed both the glittering heights and challenging lows of their careers. This front-row seat to the industry’s inner workings has granted her a unique maturity, allowing her to appreciate the distinctive qualities of her parents and her siblings, who are also from the same industry.

Khushi Kapoor is the real sister of actress Janhvi Kapoor. She also has a stepsister Anshula and a stepbrother Arjun Kapoor, and this sibling gang now shares a close-knit bond with each other. During a recent interview with Filmfare, Khushi Kapoor opened up about the distinctive qualities of her siblings and discussed what she has learned from them. Talking about Anshula Kapoor, she expressed that Anshula is the best ‘caretaker’, as she is someone who is always prepared and has everything under control.

Expressing her views about ArjunKapoor, she stated, “I think I've learned resilience and strength from Arjun. I think he has so much wisdom and so much strength in him and whenever I feel down about something I always message him and he always has the right things to say and sometimes it's just the support that you need from another person and I think I've learned that from him.”

Finally, the starkid talked about her sister Janhvi and her late mother Sridevi Kapoor. Khushi said, “And I think Janhvi is the most loyal and fierce person I've ever met. She will fight for everyone she loves and I think I've learned that from her. She'll defend you till death and I think I have so much respect for her for being able to do that. And I think I've learned so much from my mom. I think I've just watched her working for so many years and taking care of us as a family, not working for the years that she was raising us, I think I've just learned how to be a nurturer because I've seen her do it for so long.”

Following her 2023 debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, Khushi Kapoor maintained her on-screen presence in 2025 with roles in two films. She co-starred with Junaid Khan in the romantic comedy Loveyapa, which was released in February. Khushi later appeared in the teen romance Nadaaniyan in March, marking the Bollywood debut of Ibrahim Ali Khan.

On the work front, Khushi will reportedly be seen in Mom 2, a sequel to her mother Sridevi's final film, Mom (2017). The sequel is expected to follow a similar vigilante justice theme but will not be a direct continuation of the original plot.
