Main Vaapas Aaunga Cast And Crew

Main Vaapas Aaunga movie boasts an impressive ensemble cast and the return of a legendary musical trio. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the move stars Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Vedang Raina, and Sharvari in key roles. The Music and Lyrics are given by legendary A.R. Rahman (Composer) and Irshad Kamil (Lyricist). Main Vaapas Aaunga is producced by Mohit Choudhary and Shibasish Sarkar under the banner of Birla Studios, Applause Entertainment, and Window Seat Films.

Main Vaapas Aaunga Movie Plot

Unlike a standard romance, Main Vaapas Aaunga bridges the past and the present. According to Imtiaz Ali, the movie is a deeply personal story about a love that remained locked in someone's heart for 78 years following the Partition. It draws inspiration from real-life stories told by the veteran generation who witnessed Partition firsthand, looking back at those emotions through a modern, contemporary lens.

Meanhwile, the iconic trio of Imtiaz Ali, A.R. Rahman, and Irshad Kamil reunites once again. The makers have already dropped three tracks that are winning hearts. The songs are Kya Kamaal Hai, Maskara and Vo Nahin.
