Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana is coming soon to the silver screens, and this time, it's bigger than ever. The buzz around the movie is growing day by day since it is touted as one of Indian cinema’s most ambitious mythological epics with two parts, featuring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Sai Pallavi as Sita. The movie also boasts an ensemble cast of Sunny Deol, Yash, Kajal Aggarwal, Ravi Dubey, Arun Govil and Lara Dutta, all set to play significant roles. Produced by Namit Malhotra, the magnum opus will unveil its first title glimpse across 9 key cities in India, marking the beginning of a truly global and historic cinematic rollout.
Ramayana’s first title glimpse is nothing short of a grand event. It's not just a launch, but a celebration of emotions, cultures and Indian roots. Reportedly, the title logo and a short glimpse will be unveiled on Jul 3, 2025, starting at 11:30 AM in 9 PVR halls of different cities. The best part is, it will be showcased simultaneously across nine major Indian cities, including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Kochi, and Bengaluru.

The unveiling of the first unit will mark a significant milestone in building the Ramayana universe, one that spans continents, cultures, and generations. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ramayana is being crafted on an unprecedented scale. The movie will release in two parts: Part 1 on Diwali 2026 and Part 2 on Diwali 2027.
Recently, a behind-the-scenes video has gone viral on social media, which showed Ranbir Kapoor giving a heartfelt speech on the set of Ramayana. The actor thanked the entire team and expressed his gratitude towards his co-stars. He concluded the speech by mentioning that he often finds it difficult to give a speech when such an important event reaches its end. Another viral video of Ranbir Kapoor and Ravi Dubey, who will play the role of Lakshman, is making rounds on the internet. The duo can be seen sharing a tight hug after the cake-cutting ceremony for wrapping the schedule of the movie.
