Sanjana Sanghi views birthdays as occasions for introspection, thankfulness, and the people who have supported her from the beginning rather than merely cutting cakes and hosting parties. Sanjana adds that her fans' devotion is the one thing that always makes her birthday memorable as she welcomes a new year. Ever since she played the unforgettable Kizie Basu in Dil Bechara (2020), the outpouring of affection has been unmatched.

Sanjana Sanghi revealed that she often finds herself greeted with placards, posters, wherever she goes even five years later. It’s a phenomenon few debut roles achieve, and for her, it’s nothing short of overwhelming. She said, "The love that Kizie Basu fans shower on me, even today, is my constant reminder that I’m never alone on this path. That’s my biggest birthday gift. It's so moving to see people still carrying placards, calling out 'Seri Kizie Basu,' and reliving those moments with me."

Sanjana Sanghi shared, "That character will always be my first love, and I feel so blessed that the audience continues to keep her alive in their hearts. As I step into new stories and roles, this love gives me the courage to experiment and grow."

Even years later, her genuine and sympathetic portrayal is still powerful. The movie is proof of her depth of feeling and her capacity to establish a close bond with viewers, which makes Kizie Basu a memorable figure. The Hindi version of the Hollywood film The Fault in Our Stars, which was directed by Mukesh Chhabra, was released on July 24, 2020. The movie was supposed to be released in theaters, but because of the COVID-19 epidemic, it debuted on Disney+ Hotstar instead.
