The lively atmosphere at DLF Cyberhub in Gurugram turned electric on 19th September as Delhi-based singer-songwriter Manthan took the stage. Performing as the opening act for electronic music duo Tech Panda and Kenzani, he delivered a set that kept the audience hooked from start to finish. Showcasing tracks from his debut EP Amour, which released earlier this year, Manthan proved why he is one of the most exciting new voices in India’s independent music scene. The performance also marked an important milestone in his journey, being his third major live show in 2025 after successful appearances at the Banaras Literature Festival and the Kalinga Literature Festival earlier in March.

Meanwhile, Manthan was joined by a talented band that brought depth and energy to the evening. The line-up included Ankit Rawat on drums, Rockin Sashna on lead guitar, Kshaunish Girdhar on keyboards, and Gangmei on bass. Together, they created a dynamic soundscape that blended melody with rhythm, filling the venue with a powerful vibe. The singer first gained attention in 2024 with his single Rencontre, which introduced his style to listeners. In 2025, his songs M2A and Cancel were picked up by Radio One International 94.3, bringing him wider recognition. His steady rise has been matched by critical appreciation and a growing fan base.

Alongside live shows, Manthan has also been consistent in releasing music that resonates with audiences. One of his most notable tracks is Vintage, a soulful single released in August 2024. The lyrical video of the song was beautifully crafted, with Salman Ali handling the visuals and Govind Kumar from Banyan Infomedia managing the editing. Vintage quickly stood out for its nostalgic theme, celebrating old-school love and reminding listeners that small, thoughtful gestures hold the most meaning in relationships. The song was praised for its emotional depth and went on to receive heavy airplay on 94.3 Radio One International.
