Tanvi The Great Trailer: After creating buzz at Cannes 2025, earning a standing ovation for its storyline, Anupam Kher finally unveiled the much-awaited trailer of his upcoming directorial Tanvi The Great. It tells a story of an autistic girl who is different but not less than anyone else. The makers offer a glimpse into the emotional and inspiring journey through the screen presence of Shubhangi alongside a stellar cast including Jackie Shroff, Pallavi Joshi and others.
Tanvi The Great Trailer Unveiled
The trailer introduces the central character Tanvi, an autistic girl, who goes on a trip to her grandfather, played by Anupam Kher to learn music but ends up joining the Indian Army. During this journey, she decides to fulfil her father's dream. She joins military training and faces many obstacles but she is heard saying, 'I am different but not less than anyone.' This project marks Shubhangi's debut as she plays the role of Tanvi in the movie. The trailer shows the unbreakable spirit of hope and triumph of an autistic girl. The characters of Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swami, and Boman Irani are also introduced.

Anupam Kher dropped the trailer on the Instagram handle along with a caption, which read, "TANVI THE GREAT TRAILER: In a world that saw her through a different lens, she kept shining with a light that could not be unseen. Her smile awakens hope, her heart builds courage, and her journey inspires us all. And now, she is here to meet you all. She is #TanviTheGreat."
Soon after fans shared their reviews on the trailer of Tanvi. Directed by Anupam Kher, Tanvi The Great also stars Karan Tacker, Nasser and Iain Glen. Adding soul-touching music to the film by Oscar-winner M M Keeravani. The movie is backed by Anupam Kher Studios in association with NFDC. The global distribution of Tanvi The Great is being handled by Excel Entertainment, led by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar and AA Films, led by Anil Thadani. The film is scheduled to hit cinemas on July 18, 2025.
