Mumbai-based paediatric nurse Lalita D'Silva has quietly become one of the most trusted childcare professionals among India's high-profile families. With over three decades of experience, she is currently caring for Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela's daughter, Klin Kaara Konidela.
Previously, she looked after Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan's sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan.

Lalita D'Silva began her career as a nurse at a private hospital in Mumbai before moving into private childcare. Her journey as a celebrity nanny started in 1996 when the Ambani family hired her to care for Anant Ambani. She remained with the family for nearly 11 to 12 years and continues to share a close bond with them.

Currently looking after Ram Charan and Upasana's daughter, Klin Kaara, Lalita praised the couple's parenting style during a recent interview.
Speaking about the Konidela family, Lalita D'Silva in an interview with Pinkvilla said, "Everything about the family is very good. If I have to rest, Upasana madam takes care of the child. Since I am here, and they are in London, Ram Charan Sir and Upasana ma'am are taking care of their child. They are hands-on parents."
