Nia Sharma has been making headlines for participating in Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss season 18. The actress is the first confirmed contestant on Colors TV show. Recently, the Naagin star broke her silence about her participation. She addressed the media by sharing a message on her Instagram story. Nia asked the reporters not to ask her anything about Bigg Boss. She also apologised about the same and stated that she wouldn’t be able to reply to anyone regarding this matter. 


Nia Sharma wrote, “Hi There! Please don't call or text me to ask anything about the Bigg Boss thing. Mujhe Maaf kardo. Mein nahi reply karungi. (Forgive me. I will not reply). Not up for giving quotes or any interviews. Have an awesome day.” The message about the same has created a buzz among her fans on social media.

The actress was declared the first confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss Season 18 during the grand finale episode of Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. The last episode premiered on September 29 and featured Jigra cast Alia Bhatt, Vedang Raina and Laughter Chefs contestants Nia Sharma, Kashmera Shah and Bharti Singh. 

Nia Sharma is best known for her work in shows like Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Behenein, Sasural Simar Ka, Naagin, Suhagan Chudail, Jamai Raja, Ishq Mein Marjawan, Kaali – Ek Agnipariksha, Kaun Hai?. She also participated in reality shows like Comedy Nights Bachao, Khatron Ke Khiladi 8, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 and Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Coming back Bigg Boss 18, the show is all set to premiere on Colors TV and JioCinema on October 6. This year the theme of the season is Time Ka Tandav as Time which will be given the highest priority in the show.
