Jaanawar On OTT: Bhuvan Arora is set to be back with another exciting show, Janaawar – The Beast within, this week. The crime drama is set against the backdrop of a rural town, Chhand, which is filled with social hierarchy, crime, corruption and personal turmoil. It shows how a newly appointed Inspector takes charge of that area’s station and faces several hurdles workwise. It will bring up the point of how he changes the situation with peace. What To Expect From Janaawar The Beast Within?
The plot focuses on a Sub-Inspector named Hemant Kumar (played by Bhuvan Arora). He is a determined officer from a marginalised tribal community, is thrust into an investigation after finding a headless dead body. The case gets more complicated after some gold was stolen and a missing person shakes the town’s fragile peace. Hemant faces systemic prejudice, personal trauma and societal expectations. The show is about a man who fights for recognition and a community’s unwavering belief in its Gram Devta.

The web series is slated to be released on Zee5 on September 26.
