Sasikumar and Simran starrer Tamil movie is set to make its digital debut on JioHotstar. Tourist Family to start on the OTT platform from June 2, 2025. The OTT platform wrote on X, “Mark your date to welcome the most loved family on June 2nd #TouristFamily streaming from June 2 on #JioHotstar.” 


About Tourist Family

The movie is about a Sri Lankan family who makes a fresh start in India. The family gets mixed with their disconnected neighbourhood and makes it a vibrant community with their love and kindness. The film stars M. Sasikumar as Dharmadas, Simran as Vasanthi Dharmadas, Mithun Jai Sankar as Nithushan Dharmadas, Yogi Babu as Prakash, Kamalesh Jagan as Murali Dharmadas, M. S. Bhaskar as Richard, Ramkumar Prasanna as ACP Balwan Singh IPS, Ramesh Thilak as A. Bhairavan and Abishan Jeevinth. It has been directed by Abishan Jeevinth and produced by Yuvaraj Ganesan, Nazerath Pasilian. Sean Roldan is the music director of the film. Tourist Family has a run time of 2 hours and 30 minutes. The film was made on a budget of Rs 7 to 8 crore. The Tamil movie had a box office collection of Rs 57.4 crore in India and Rs 81.85 crore worldwide.
