OTT platform Netflix will reportedly release Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna-led Dhurandhar. The intense spy thriller is based on actual anti-terror operations, where Singh plays an undercover RAW agent infiltrating Karachi's criminal underworld. Dhurandhar (Netflix)

Aditya Dhar's film Dhurandhar set records within a month and a half of its release. It not only won over hearts—many viewers saw the movie more than once in theatres—but it also completely upended the box office, becoming the highest-grossing Hindi movie in India. According to the most recent rumours, Dhurandhar will debut on streaming behemoth Netflix on January 30, over two months after having a successful theatrical run. In a deal of Rs 130 crore, the streaming behemoth has acquired the OTT rights for both Dhurandhar 1 and the upcoming Dhurandhar 2, setting a new record for Ranveer Singh's career in the digital realm.

Sarvam Maya (JioHotstar)

Release Date: January 30

Sarvam Maya centres on Nivin, a young Hindu priest whose tranquil life is upended when he encounters a ghost. What begins as a paranormal challenge develops into a profound adventure that challenges his beliefs and causes him to doubt all he has ever known. Sarvam Maya, which is produced by Firefly Films, also features Raghunath Paleri, Janardhanan, and Arun Ajikumar. The Malayalam horror comedy performed admirably at the box office and received favourable reviews upon its premiere. It successfully represented a significant turning point in the actor's career and put an end to his dry spell.

Bridgerton Season 4 Part 1 (Netflix)

At Lady Bridgerton's renowned masquerade party, Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) finally takes centre stage and meets Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha), a seductive lady's maid in disguise. This eight-episode season, which is based on Julia Quinn's third Bridgerton book, An Offer from a Gentleman, will debut in two parts: Part 1 on January 29 and Part 2 on February 26. As Benedict struggles between his love for this fascinating maid and his vision of the enigmatic Lady in Silver, this season delves into themes of fantasy vs reality.

Daldal (Prime Video)

This criminal thriller, which is based on Vish Dhamija's best-selling book Bhendi Bazaar, follows DCP Rita Ferreira (Bhumi Pednekar), the recently hired officer of the Mumbai criminal Branch, as she engages in a high-stakes game of survival with a cold-blooded serial murderer. As victims are brutally slain, exposing the killer's deeply perverted psyche, she races against time while battling her own problems. Aditya Rawal and Samara Tijori are also on the show.

Champion (Netflix)

Release Date: January 29

Champion, which takes place in 1948, right after India gained its independence, chronicles the story of Michael Williams, a young football player from Secunderabad, which was then ruled by the Nizams. Michael, who works at a nearby bakery, hopes to become a professional football player in England. When he is given the chance to join a Manchester football team in London, his long-held dream finally appears to be achievable. But when his father's previous secrets prevent him from entering the nation, his intentions are thwarted.

Michael consents to deliver an illicit shipment of firearms for a pilot out of desperation. This choice brings him to the village of Bairanpally, which is heavily involved in a resistance movement against the Razakars and Nizams. The movie examines how Michael's desire clashes with a greater struggle for freedom and justice as he becomes involved in their conflict and whether he eventually finds his way out.

Inspector Vishwas Saranjame (Ankush Chaudhari) arrives in the seaside village of Devtali, Ratnagiri, where a mysterious murder occurs every Holi Pournima, in this Marathi psychological criminal thriller that combines inquiry with mythology. The villagers put belief systems and superstition against logical inquiry by believing that deaths are divine justice administered by Shankasur, a legendary person adored as a supernatural judge. Navigating ceremony, fear, and secret community truths, Prajaktta Mali plays a crucial role.

Splitsvilla X6 (JioHotstar)

MTV Splitsvilla 16 is rapidly gaining popularity among followers of reality shows. With viewers intently following contestant dynamics, game strategy, and early confrontations inside the villa, the most recent season has generated increased interest since its return to television. MTV Splitsvilla 16 Episode 9 will stream simultaneously on JioHotstar and air on MTV today (January 25) at 7:00 PM, making it easy for spectators to watch the episode on many platforms.
