Following its global premiere on May 28th, Panchayat Season 3 has shattered records by becoming one of the top three most-watched Indian Originals on Prime Video within just 14 days. This new season has captivated audiences in over 167 countries and territories, with viewership spanning 99% of India’s pin codes in its first two weeks.
Panchayat Season 3 also achieved a significant milestone by trending at number one in 26 countries and territories on its launch day. Since its debut on Prime Video in 2018, Panchayat has been a fan favourite. Season 2 received the inaugural Best Web Series (OTT) Award at the 54th International Film Festival of India in 2023. The third season continues to win hearts both in India and globally, boasting the biggest opening on the platform. With an impressive IMDb rating of 9.0 across all three seasons, the series has been praised by critics and audiences alike for its simple storytelling, comedic yet heartwarming moments, and outstanding performances.
