Prabhas-starrer Adipurush is currently gearing up for its theatrical release. The upcoming movie has been in the news since the makers released its teaser a few months ago. After the teaser video went viral on social media, it faced a lot of backlash for the 'poor' VFX. However, the magnum opus' trailer, starring Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Prabhas in the lead roles, is all set to be released today, that is, May 8, 2023.

Adipurush makers will be screening the film's trailer today at 4:20 PM at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad for a few selected fans. The movie's Sita Kriti Sanon is already in Hyderabad. Earlier, in the day, Kriti Sanon was papped at the airport as she was about to jet off to Hyderabad. The Bhediya actor looked ethereal in a lavender ethnic palazzo suit which she teamed up with a matching floral dupatta.

Kriti also uploaded a video on her Instagram Stories in which she could be seen excited as well as nervous about the trailer launch. The actor was seen crossing her fingers with a caption, reading, "Can't wait to see your reactions Hyderabad."

Adipurush director Om Raut and other core team members are already in Hyderabad, while if the reports are to be believed, superstar Prabhas will also grace the event, which has left the fans super-excited. The trailer will be screened in over 70 countries and it will be available on YouTube by May 9, that is tomorrow.

Adapted from the Sanskrit epic Ramayana, Adipurush is an upcoming mythological film, produced by T-Series and Retrophiles. The movie is written and directed by Om Raut and was concurrently filmed in Hindi and Telugu. Adipurush stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, who makes his Telugu debut, as well as Sunny Singh and Vatsal Sheth in significant parts.
