Rashmika Mandanna is all set to attend the 2024 Crunchyroll Anime Awards as a special guest and presenter. The actress has talked about her love for anime several times and mentioned that her favourite anime is Naruto Shippuden. She will be one of the presenters at the award ceremony, which will also be attended by YOASOBI, Hiroyuki SAWANO, DeMarcus Lawrence, Iman Vellani, Megan Lee Stallion and others.

Expressing her excitement about attending the award ceremony, Rashmika said in a statement, "I am absolutely thrilled and honored to be a part of the eighth annual Crunchyroll Anime Awards in Tokyo. As an anime enthusiast, this is a dream come true for me. Japanese animation has had a profound impact on my life, and I can't wait to celebrate and recognize the incredible talent behind these remarkable creations. Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2024 will take place on March 2, 2024, in Tokyo, Japan.

Rashmika was earlier in the news after the rumours about her demanding to charge Rs 4-4.5 crore for films surfaced on the internet. She quickly dismissed the unnecessary rumours and gave a hilarious response. She wrote on X, "Says who I wonder.. after seeing all of this I think I should actually consider it.. and if my producers ask why... then I’ll just say ‘media out there is saying this sir.. and I think I should live up to their words.. what do I do?'".

In a recent interview, Rashmika talked about 'Animal Park' and revealed what director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has planned. While speaking to Pinkvilla about Sandeep Reddy Vanga's ideas for 'Animal Park', Rashmika said, "That man just functions differently. I don’t know how he thinks, or what he eats or what he does. But with Animal you saw, ‘Oh, this is what the audience like, this is what we like showing the audience, this is the story that we want to maintain’. Now, we have the whole universe. We can play around with whatever we want with Animal Park. So, it’s exciting. And the things that he told me is of course it’s too baby of a line. He’s like, ‘Man I am going to have a blast in Animal Park’ and he is that man who enjoys making films.”

On the work front, Rashmika will next star 'Pushpa 2' along with Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil.
