Salman Khan will soon return to the big screen with his movie 'Sikandar' and fans are eagerly waiting to see him on the big screen. He will team up with filmmaker A R Murugadoss and producer Sajid Nadiadwala. The filmmakers have dropped big updates about the movie on Instagram and shared the pictures from its 'Muhurat Shot'. 'Sikandar' also stars Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role. The movie will hit the theatres on Eid 2025.

Sharing the pictures, Warda Nadiadwala wrote on Instagram, "And the action begins today!! Need all your love and blessings. #Sajid Nadiadwala's #Sikandar Directed by @a.r.murugadoss Releasing in cinemas EID 2025"

Salman Khan was earlier in the news after the two unidentified individuals riding a motorcycle fired multiple rounds into the air outside the actor's house before quickly fleeing the scene. His brother and actor Arbaaz Khan released a joint statement and wrote, "Our family has been taken aback by this shocking incident that took place. Unfortunately, some people claiming to be close to our family and pretending to be the spokesperson have been making loose statements to the media saying it's all a publicity stunt and the family remains unaffected which is not true and these views should not be taken seriously."

"No member of the Salim Khan family has made any statement regarding this incident to the media. At this time the family is helping and cooperating with the police in the investigation of this untoward incident. We have faith in the Mumbai police and we have been assured they will do everything in their capacity to protect and secure our family,” he added.

On the work front, Salman Khan was last seen in 'Tiger 3' opposite Katrina Kaif. He will also team up with Karan Johar for the movie 'The Bull'.
