The wait is finally over for Salman Khan fans. The makers of the upcoming film Sikandar have officially announced its release date. The movie is set to hit theatres on March 30, 2025, coinciding with the celebrations of Gudi Padwa, Ugadi and Eid.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Sikandar stars Salman Khan in the lead role alongside Rashmika Mandanna. The film has already gained attention with its teaser and songs, and now the release date announcement has added to the excitement.

The announcement came through the movie’s social media pages, featuring a new poster with Salman Khan in the title role. The caption highlighted the festive timing, stating, "Celebrating festivals of India with Sikandar. Iss baar celebration hoga triple! We're coming on the occasion of Gudi Padwa, Ugadi and Eid! #Sikandar releases Worldwide in theatres near you on 30th March 2025. See you at the movies."

The chosen release date holds significance, aligning with Gudi Padwa and Ugadi — festivals that mark the start of the new year in Maharashtra and parts of South India. With Eid following soon after, the film is expected to draw large crowds, continuing Salman Khan's tradition of holiday releases.

Sikandar brings together a notable team, with Sajid Nadiadwala known for producing big-scale films and A.R. Murugadoss recognized for his impactful storytelling. Rashmika Mandanna, who has made her mark in both South Indian and Hindi films, joins the cast, adding to the film's anticipation.
