Sam Bahadur Box Office Collection Day 3: Meghna Gulzar has teamed up with Vicky Kaushal for the second time for the biopic 'Sam Bahadur'. The movie is based on the life of India's first field marshal Sam Manekshaw and how his career witnessed the shaping of India's geopolitical borders. It stars Fatima Sana Shaikh as the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Sanya Malhotra as Sam Manekshaw's wife. The movie is performing decently at the box office after starting on a slow note.
Sam Bahadur Box Office Collection Day 3:
According to the website Sacnilk, 'Animal' collected Rs 10.30 crore on day 3 as per early estimates. The movie collected Rs 9 crore on day 2 and its total box office collection now stands at Rs 25.55 crore approximately.

In an interview with Firstpost, Vicky Kaushal talked about the most challenging scene of 'Sam Bahadur'. He said, "There was one scene that I was performing in Hotel Ashoka and his daughter had come to visit and see that bit. That was the most challenging part not because of the scene, but because of the fact that one of his family was around and that she was watching me live."
Vicky Kaushal recently posted a picture with former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, who praised 'Sam Bahadur'. He wrote on Instagram, "My childhood hero saw my Film today! #IAmOk !!! Thank you @sachintendulkar Sir for your kind words… I’ll cherish them for a lifetime. #SAMबहादुर IN CINEMAS!!!"

According to the description by RSVP Movies, the synopsis reads, "'Sam Bahadur' is a tribute to Field Marshal Sam HFJ Manekshaw, MC, India's first Field Marshal and a legendary Army General. His career witnessed the shaping of India's geopolitical borders, and his life was marked by significant milestones, from fighting in World War II to being the Chief of Army Staff during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war, which led to the creation of Bangladesh."
