Samantha Ruth Prabhu has become the proud owner of a new home in Hyderabad's Orange County which is worth Rs 7.8 crore. The 3BHK duplex is located in Jayabheri Orange County, which is a posh locality in the city and is located on the 13th and 14th floor respectively.
The new house bought by Samantha Ruth Prabhu comes with a ton of amenities. According to a Hindustan Times, the new home of the star comes with six parking slots. The report stated, "The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor."

As per the description given by the society's website, the duplex located in Jayabheri Orange County mentioned the sky villas on the 13th and 14th floors. The website also states, "The gated society comprises of high-end 3BHK and 4BHK apartments spread across four, 14-storey towers."
The new home of the 'Kushi' star has abundant open spaces, "The world-class clubhouse offers you a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a large swimming pool, indoor games, multipurpose court, well-appointed gymnasium, and health club, auditorium, and many more facilities."

The actress also owns a home in Jubilee Hills where she earlier used to live with her ex-husband, actor Naga Chaitanya. Since 2021, the actress has been living there with her two pet dogs Hash and Saasha.
Earlier this year, Samantha also purchased a 3BHK sea-facing apartment in Mumbai. Thus, the actress is gaining attention for investing in another property amidst her disastrous release with 'Shaakuntalam' at the box office.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been busy working on 'Citadel's Indian version, where the show also features Varun Dhawan and is directed by 'The Family Man' hit duo Raj and DK.
The American version of the show features Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden, and the first 3 episodes of the show are out on Prime Video.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu was last seen in the Telugu film 'Shaakuntalam' where she played the lead role of Shakuntala, daughter of Menaka and Viswamithra. The film also featured Dev Mohan and was directed by Gunasekhar. It did not do well at the box office and was termed the worst film in the actress's career.
