At a recent Prime Video event in Mumbai, actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu and filmmaker Karan Johar shared a light-hearted moment that left the audience chuckling. The event, which confirmed the Indian series within the Citadel universe starring Samantha and Varun Dhawan, was filled with excitement as the duo's project was officially titled 'Citadel: Honey Bunny'.

During the event, as Samantha attempted to touch Karan Johar's feet on stage, the filmmaker was visibly taken aback and humorously exclaimed 'no-no,' gesturing for her to stop. This unexpected gesture led to a playful exchange between Karan and Varun Dhawan, who joked about touching Karan's feet, with Karan hilariously responding, "I don't want to be aged here, please. I am finally over my midlife crisis. I don't want you to put me in my place, please."

Varun continued the banter by mentioning Karan's youthful appearance, to which Karan quipped about people who have had cosmetic procedures, humorously asserting that he is not one of them.

The event also featured the announcement of several other exciting projects, including Ananya Panday's Call Me Bae, Bhumi Pednekar's Daldal, Abhishek Bachchan's Be Happy, and Anil Kapoor's Subedar, among others. The star-studded event was attended by a plethora of Bollywood celebrities, including Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Manoj Bajpayee, and filmmakers like Farhan Akhtar, Rohit Shetty, and Rana Daggubati.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu's spontaneous gesture towards Karan Johar added a delightful moment to the event, showcasing the camaraderie and fun spirit among the industry's stars.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu also shared a photo from the event with Tamannaah Bhatia. Taking to her Instagram stories, she wrote, "Oh! my love. This meeting was long overdue."
