Samantha Ruth Prabhu Calls Citadel Costar Varun Dhawan ‘A Teenager’; Actor Gives A Sweet Reaction

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan are gearing up to set the screen on fire as they are roped in to play leads in a series titled 'Citadel Honey Bunny'. Apart from their professional front, the actors seem to have a good camaraderie. Recently, Varun shared a picture on Instagram from his photoshoot, where the actor looked hot as he flaunted his bare chest. VD was seen donning a black shirt, which was unbuttoned while he looked at the camera.

The close-up shot of Varun has garnered a lot of attention from fans as well as his co-star Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The leading lady in the comment section has asked Varun Dhawan, “Who this teenager?” Replying to her, the actor wrote, “@samantharuthprabhuoffl I dunno i think he’s working with this pretty hot girl this summer in a series”.

Coming to the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan starrer Citadel Honey Bunny is the Indian version of Priyanka Chopra’s original Citadel universe. Earlier, speaking about the series Samantha said, “I never would have imagined that I would do action. But today, for me, being at this event is already such a victory for me, because the last moment I didn’t really think I could do it. I didn’t think I would be a part of citadel. I’m extremely grateful to Raj, DK, Sita and Amazon for really coming to my rescue. I just had to prep physically. I am just so incredibly proud already that this is the way it is, this is the way it looks. I can’t believe – this is how it looks.” 

It will be Samantha's comeback as she has taken an acting break from her career after recovering from auto-immune disease myositis.
