Shah Rukh Khan is counting down the days to the much-anticipated release of his latest cinematic venture, 'Dunki.' The film, directed by the maestro Rajkumar Hirani, promises to be a heartwarming tale of love, friendship, and the pursuit of dreams. The charismatic actor, known for his magnetic screen presence, recently took centre stage at a promotional event in Dubai, where he not only enthralled the audience with his performance on the song 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' but also showered praises on his co-star Vicky Kaushal. In a video circulating on social media, SRK can be heard expressing his admiration for Kaushal's performance in 'Dunki,' calling him one of the finest actors he has worked with.

"Vicky Kaushal is a great friend. I feel he is one of the finest actors I have worked with. And jab aap Dunki mein Vicky Kaushal ko dekheinge toh aapko bohat pyaar aaega unpar. He has done well, and I got a lot to learn from him," Shah Rukh Khan shared during the event.

Adding to the anticipation, Khan lauded the renowned director Rajkumar Hirani, urging fans to experience the magic of 'Dunki' in theatres. "The best director in the country, we all respect him and love him, and we need to give the love back because we give so much to cinemas," he exclaimed.

As SRK graciously thanked his fans for their unwavering support, he shared insights into the film's significance in his cinematic journey. "Year started with 'Pathaan' for me, which was always lady's first for the girls, and I want to end the year with a film for me," he revealed, hinting at the personal connection he feels with 'Dunki.'

The film, slated to hit theatres on December 21, boasts an ensemble cast featuring Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover, and the charismatic Shah Rukh Khan himself. From Shah Rukh Khan's character Hardy boarding a train to the picturesque village in Punjab, the video sets the stage for an adventurous journey shared by spirited friends—Manu, Sukhi, Buggu, and Balli—all united by a common dream of reaching London for better opportunities.

As Shah Rukh Khan described the film as a "touching" love story, he emphasized Rajkumar Hirani's unique approach to storytelling. "It's a very touching film. I think ye pyaar ki kahani hai, isme action hai jo Raju Hirani ne kabhi dala nhi hai," he shared in an interview. The actor hinted at a blend of love, action, and comedy that sets 'Dunki' apart from the ordinary.
