According to a report of News18, his lawyer Shailendra Mishra said, "We are grateful to the court, as our application has been allowed and Sheezan Khan has been permitted to travel abroad for Khatron Ke Khiladi."

He further said, "I was surprised by the submissions made by the prosecution as their reply and argument supported our case, and their attempt to mislead the court was also thwarted at the threshold."

For the unversed, Sheezan Khan's name was in the limelight after his co-star Tunisha Sharma was found hanging in the makeup room of their show 'Ali Baba-Dastaan E Kabul.'

Sheezan was arrested on December 25, 2022, after Tunisha Sharama's mother accused the actor of abetment to suicide and also claimed that the actor 'used' her daughter. However, Sheezan was recently granted bail in March this year.
