As the release date approaches, social media has been rife with rumours suggesting that Salman Khan might make a cameo as his beloved character Chulbul Pandey from the Dabangg franchise. Reports emerged about the possibility of the actor appearing in the film. Numerous clickbait accounts and media outlets have fueled this speculation, claiming to have seen evidence of Chulbul's involvement in the upcoming film. Yet, an industry insider has categorically refuted these assertions, branding them as "false and baseless rumours."
According to the source, "All the stories surrounding Chulbul Pandey being a part of Singham are fake and baseless rumors. No such announcement has been made by any production house regarding the same, nor has megastar Salman Khan shot for any such cameo."
The source also noted that there has been no official announcement from the production house behind the film. This statement seeks to calm the excitement surrounding the casting news, stressing that any claims regarding Chulbul Pandey’s role in the screenplay are baseless. The misinformation has spread rapidly, as fans have long hoped to see Salman Khan in this cinematic universe ever since Rohit Shetty expressed his desire to include him. Unfortunately, fans will need to wait a bit longer to witness this collaboration.
