Sonakshi Sinha is all set to make her Telugu debut movie Jatadhara. The actress shared a fierce look in the first poster from Sudheer Babu Posani starrer supernatural thriller film. On International Women’s Day, the poster of her was shared by the makers of Jatadhara. She can be seen donning some traditional ornaments while her messy hair was kept open. The actress can be seen giving a furious and intense look to the camera. The poster was shared by Zee Studios with a caption, “This Women’s day a beacon of strength and power rises in #Jatadhara! Welcome aboard @aslisona. [Jatadhara, Super Natural Thriller, Mystery Unveiled, Ancient Secrets].” 

Fans in the comment section showcased the excitement of seeing Sonakshi in the movie. A user said, “Thank you sooo very much for this wonderful surprise, @aslisona! Have been waiting so long for any of such announcements. And this one looks a big one.” Another said, “Sona the queen is here. best of luck to the whole team.” A comment day, “Peace mercy and blessings of almighty GOD on you @aslisona.” Another user commented, “She's gonna SLAYY.” 

Notably, the shooting of the film is currently going on. The grand muhurat ceremony was held in Hyderabad on February 14. Apart from Sonakshi Sinha and Sudheer Babu Posani, the movie also features Shilpa Shirodkar, Rain Anjali and Divya Vij in key roles. It has been directed by Venkat Kalyan and produced by Zee Studios’ Umesh KR Bansal, Prerna Arora, Aruna Agarwal, and Shivin Narang.

Coming back to Sonakshi’s work front, she was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix web series Heeramandi. The show also starred Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Sharmin Segal in key roles. She will also be seen in Hari Hara Veera Mallu. The movie features Pawan Kalyan, Nargis Fakhri, Nidhhi Agerwal, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Bobby Deol and Pujita Ponnada in key roles. The film has been directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krishna.
