Squid Game Season 2 Update: Netflix's web series 'Squid Game' became one of the most popular Korean shows worldwide and won international several awards. Fans are eagerly waiting for the next season of 'Squid Game' and the makers have officially unveiled its first look and the new star cast. As per the latest buzz, Korean actor Oh Dal Su is all set to join 'Squid Game Season 2' but these reports have been receiving mixed responses from the netizens. For the unversed, Oh Dal Su has been involved in several controversies in his career.
In 2018, the actor was accused of sexual harassment but denied the accusations. Later, he admitted to abuse and publicly apologised. After the controversy, Oh Dal Su was dropped from several projects. The news of his involvement in 'Squid Games Season 2' has not been confirmed yet.

He was last seen in the movie 'I Want To Know Your Parents' in 2022 and will next star in 'Good Neighbour', 'Control', 'Veteran 2' and 'Boss'.
It was earlier reported that 'Squid Game' will be remade in English and these rumours received criticism from the fans. Netizens pointed out that there is no need to remake the show as it is already dubbed in English and was released only a few years ago. Netflix's co-CEO Ted Sarandos, who attended an event in Seoul, talked about the reports of the English remake of 'Squid Game'. He said, "That's just a rumour...Korea first." For the unversed, it was reported that popular filmmaker David Fincher, well-known for 'Fight Club' and 'Gone Girl', has been roped in to direct the remake.
Talking about 'Squid Game Season 2', Lee Jung-Jae, Lee Byung Hun and Wi Ha-jun will reprise their roles from the first season. Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Park Gyu-young, Jo Yu-ri, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Lee Jin-uk, Choi Seung-hyun, Roh Jae-won, and Won Ji-an are the new addition to the star cast.
