The 76th Cannes Film Festival is currently on the run and will continue until May 27, 2023. On Day 9 of the prestigious event, B-town actor Sunny Leone made a striking appearance in a beautiful satin high-slit pastel gown during the screening of her movie Kennedy, directed by filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who also accompanied her.
Sunny Leone walked the red carpet of Cannes 2023 in a stunning pastel gown featuring a dangerous thigh-high slit and some noteworthy cutouts. She styled her look with a pair of nude heels and for accessory, she opening for simple stone earrings. Sharing the adorable clicks from the day, Sunny wrote in the caption, "The world premier of #kennedy and I could not be more proud to represent Indian cinema 🇮🇳. Such an amazing moment for myself and the entire team!"

After the screening of Kennedy at Cannes Film Festival 2023, the movie received a 7-minute standing ovation. Sunny's husband Daniel Weber dedicated a post to her on his Instagram handle. Sharing the glimpses from the festival, he wrote, "You are @festivaldecannes 76th beacon of Light There are no correct words!!! I witnessed history being made in front of my eyes tonight !! We all have a journey , but not everyone can conquer there dreams !!"

Ahead of her red carpet debut, Sunny Leone opened up on how she prepared herself to audition for the role in Kennedy. She told PTI, "Ten people were sitting there. I gave the audition. The director said you are right for the role and then turned to all the others and asked what they felt. That was a real test. I sneakily found out last night that the director's mind had already been made up. They were probably not sure I would turn up for the audition. Many actors in Bollywood do not give screen tests after they reach a certain level."
