Filmmaker Aanand L Rai, who is set to captivate audiences with his upcoming film Tere Ishk Mein, is reuniting with actor Dhanush. The director and actor previously worked together on the hit film Raanjhanaa. While the movie details remain undisclosed, makers have welcomed Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon to star cast by dropping an intriguing teaser.
Makers of Dhanush starrer Tere Ishk Mein dropped a short teaser on Monday on social media. The voiceover in the clip caught the attention of netizens and sparked speculation about Kriti Sanon being part of the film. Today, the makers unveiled a new teaser that put an end to all speculations and introduced Kriti Sanon as the female lead, Mukti, opposite Dhanush's character, Shankar.
The production house, Colour Yellow Productions, posted the teaser clip on Instagram, featuring Kriti Sanon walking through a battle happening in a city while holding a can of petrol. She can be seen dousing herself before sitting down and sparking a cigarette, with tears in her eyes. Sharing the teaser, the caption read, "Jahan ishq ka junoon ho, wahan kahani alag hoti hai! Welcoming @kritisanon to the #WorldOfRaanjhanaa as MUKTI in #TereIshkMein."
Along with the teaser, makers also revealed the release date, the film is slated to hit cinemas on 28 Novemeber, 2025.

Written by Himanshu Sharma and Neeraj Yadav, the movie will explore the world of Raanjhanaa with more intensity and a fresh storyline. The film has also brought on AR Rahman and lyricist Irshad Kamil for its music. The film produced by Aanand L Rai, Himanshu Sharma along with Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar.
