New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: TikTok star Siya Kakkar, who gained popularity for her dance videos, allegedy committed suicide on Thursday. This comes another shocker for the entertainment industry after actor Sushant Singh Rajput death, who allegedly hanged himself on June 14. 

The news of Kakkar's death was shared by celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani. "I spoke to her Talent management agency head Arjun Sarin who just spoke to her last night for a song collaboration and he says she was in a good mood and perfectly alright. Even he has no clue what went wrong that she had to go this way," he wrote. 

"You go through her videos and you can she was so good in her content, it's really sad that she chose this path. If you are feeling depressed please dont do this," he added. 

Siya's manager Arjun Sarin shared that he spoke to her a night before and the Delhi-resident social media star was about to be roped in for a song collaboration.

Arjun said, "This must be due to something personal...work wise she was doing well. I had a word with her last night for a new project and she sounded normal. Me and my company Fame Experts manage lots of artists and Siya was a bright talent. I am heading to her home in Preet Vihar."

Kakkar has over 1,05,000 followers on Instagram and around 11 lakh followers on Tiktok. A number of Siya's fans took to social media to react to the news. 

The 16-year-old's death comes just days after Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Mumbai residence on June 14. As per report, Sushant was suffering from depression for the past several months.
