These are high-budget films which have been making waves since its announcement. You should not afford to miss these films as they are one of the biggest films of recent times. We have brought you the list of South movies that are releasing in theatres soon. Know when Pushpa 2 to Kantara hits the silver screens. 

Pushpa 2: The Rule

The clash story of Pushpa and Bhanwar Singh continues at the conclusion of the Pushpa franchise. As per reports, the Telugu movie has been made on a budget of around Rs 400 to 500 crore. The film features Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Sritej and Anasuya Bharadwaj in key roles.  Pushpa 2: The Rule will be released on December 5, 2024. 

Game Changer

The story revolves around an honest IAS officer who fights against a corrupt political system by conducting fair elections. If reports are to be believed, the Telugu movie was made on a budget of Rs 450 crore. The film stars Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, SJ Surya, Dil Raju, Jayaram and Nassar in prominent roles. Game Changer will be released on January 10, 2025. 

Kanguva

A tribal warrior’s fierce struggle to save his people. He is mysteriously on a shadow cop’s perilous quest in the present. Reportedly, the Tamil movie was made on a budget of Rs 350 to 400 crore. It stars Suriya Sivakumar, Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Aarash Shah, Karthik Sivakumar, Yogi Babu and Redin Kingsley in key roles. Kanguva will be released on November 14, 2024. 

Kantara: Chapter 1

The story will focus on the origins of Kaadubettu Shiva during the Kadamba dynasty era. The movie features Rishab Shetty, Sapthami Gowda, Kishore Kumar G and Kishore Kumar G in key roles. As per reports, the movie was made on a budget of Rs 150 crore. Kantara: Chapter 1 will be released in 2025. But the official release date is yet to be announced.
