Ustaad Bhagat Singh New Release Date: The cinematic calendar for early 2026 has been significantly reshuffled following the unexpected delay of Yash’s highly anticipated film, Toxic. Taking advantage of that the makers of Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh have officially preponed the film’s release. Originally intended for a later date, the action-packed drama is now set to arrive in theatres on March 19, 2026, perfectly timed for the festive Ugadi weekend.

The decision to advance the release date came after the producers of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups announced a postponement to June. The production team cited geopolitical tensions in the Middle East as a primary reason for the delay, noting that the unrest could hinder the film’s international rollout. Seizing this opportunity, Mythri Movie Makers confirmed the new date for Pawan Kalyan’s latest venture. The production house promised fans a festive experience, stating, “Ustaad massacre this Ugadi. Our USTAAD arrives a week early to spark Massive celebrations at the box office. #UstaadBhagatSingh GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON 19th MARCH, 2026.”

By moving to March 19, Ustaad Bhagat Singh has set the stage for one of the biggest box office clashes of the year. It will go head-to-head with Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar 2, starring Ranveer Singh. The pressure is high, as the first Dhurandhar film was a monumental success, reportedly grossing over Rs 1,300 crore worldwide. However, Pawan Kalyan enters this race with significant momentum. His previous outings, Hari Hara Veera Mallu and They Call Him OG, were major hits, with the latter comfortably crossing the Rs 300 crore mark.

Ustaad Bhagat Singh marks the long-awaited reunion between Pawan Kalyan and director Harish Shankar. The pair previously collaborated on the blockbuster Gabbar Singh. The film is an adaptation of the 2016 Tamil hit Theri, which originally starred Vijay. Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) has composed the film’s songs, while the background score is being handled by S. Thaman.
