Several actors who appeared in the film 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' are said to be waiting for their payments from producer Vashu Bhagnani's Pooja Entertainment. The production company has faced increased scrutiny after crew members publicly aired grievances on social media regarding unpaid dues. Bhagnani responded by encouraging affected individuals to reach out directly, promising to settle payments within 60 days upon submission of required documents. However, despite these assurances, it has now emerged that the affected actors include Sonakshi Sinha, Tiger Shroff, Alaya F, and Manushi Chhillar.

According to Indian Express, "Tiger Shroff too has not received his fees for the film. He has maintained his silence on the non-payment of his dues for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan but after learning that the crew and the support staff, who gave the film their all, have also not been paid, he wants the production house to clear the dues immediately."

It added, "None of these actors on the film have received their dues either. They completed their work on the film and even after requesting them a few times, there was no reply. They also promoted the film because they didn’t want to leave the film hanging, but there was no payment made."

Recent reports highlight financial difficulties faced by Vashu Bhagnani's Pooja Entertainment, particularly owing substantial sums to various parties. For instance, director Tinu Desai of Akshay Kumar's 'Mission Raniganj' is reportedly owed Rs 33.13 lakh, while over 250 crew members are awaiting Rs 31.78 lakh in payments for projects like 'Mission Raniganj', 'Ganapath', and 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'.

FWICE President BN Tiwari disclosed that a complaint was filed by Tinu Desai in March 2023 due to non-payment of dues, despite assurances from Pooja Entertainment to clear outstanding amounts by July-end. Tiwari also mentioned that the Indian Film & Television Directors' Association (IFTDA) had sent multiple letters urging payment, which were allegedly ignored or delayed by the production company. "In February, they sought time to pay, citing Jackky Bhagnani’s wedding via an email dated February 20, 2024, to IFTDA, and later, they didn’t reply. After FWICE wrote them a letter in March 2024, they again sought time to make the payment saying they would do so after the release of their film, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, again that has not happened...In their latest email, they have said they will clear the dues by July end, but if they don’t do so, then our workers will not work on any of their films," Tiwari said.
