Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video Box Office Collection Day 5: Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri’s movie has been running quite well at ticket windows in comparison to its contemporaries. The comedy-drama revolves around a stolen CD which has a recording of a newly married couple’s private video. The light-hearted comedy film won the hearts of audiences on its first weekend. However, when it entered the weekdays the movie failed to maintain a grip which led to struggling at the ticket windows. Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video was released in theatres on October 11 and had a clash with Alia Bhatt’s Jigra, Dhruva Sarja’s Kannada movie Martin. Till now, the film is ahead in the box office race.

As per Sacnilk, Rajkummar Rao’s movie earned Rs 2.15 crore on Day 5. The net collection of the movie stands at Rs 23.35 crore. It had an overall 11.07 per cent Hindi occupancy in theatres. It had an occupancy of 6.83 per cent in morning shows, 12.91 per cent in afternoon shows, 10.59 per cent in evening shows and 13.95 per cent in night shows. 

About Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video

The story revolves around a newly married couple who captured their first night to save it as a memory. After they arrive from their honeymoon, their CD gets stolen which leads to several hilarious twists and turns. The movie stars Rajkummar Rao, Tripti Dimri, Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz, Archana Puran Singh, Ashwini Kalsekar and Tiku Talsania in key roles. It has been directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa.

The movie was made on a budget of around Rs 15 to 20 crore. It has been backed by production companies like T-Series Films, Balaji Motion Pictures, Wakaoo Films and Kathavachak Films.
