Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is set to launch the mobile application for the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana today in Panchkula, marking a step towards women’s empowerment and social respect. With the launch, the registration process under the scheme will also begin.

In Gurugram, the district-level event will be held at the Civil Hospital, Sector 10, where Haryana’s Industry and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh will be the chief guest. Programmes are also scheduled at the sub-divisional level.

In Patodi, MLA Bimla Chaudhary will preside, in Sohna, MLA Tejpal Tanwar, at the Sector 31 Polyclinic, MLA Mukesh Sharma, and in Manesar, former MLA Tekchand Sharma. Special health check-up camps for women will also be organised by the Health Department at all locations.

According to Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar, registration for the scheme will be free of cost. Required documents include a Haryana permanent resident certificate, Aadhaar card, bank account details, and Aadhaar cards of family and in-laws’ members.

The scheme will provide financial assistance of Rs 2,100 per month to economically weaker and eligible women. To qualify, applicants must be at least 23 years of age, residents of Haryana for a minimum of 15 years, and belong to families with an annual income of up to Rs 1 lakh. Women suffering from serious health issues and already receiving benefits from other social security pensions will also be eligible under the scheme.
