In a tragic incident, a speeding truck filled with sand lost control, hit a divider and overturned near Vatika Chowk on SPR Road in the Badshahpur police station area on Sunday night. Following the accident, the truck's cabin caught fire. 

As per the officials, the driver, Dayaram, a resident of Beri, Rajasthan, and the cleaner saved themselves by jumping from the vehicle during the incident. However, they sustained minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital. Local people stated that traffic on the road was light at the time.

The truck, which had a Rajasthan registration plate, was travelling from Jaipur towards Vatika Chowk when it lost control near the chowk, struck the divider and overturned. Shortly after, the cabin caught fire. The front section of the truck was severely damaged. 

Passers-by filmed the incident and informed the police. Fire brigade teams arrived at the scene and brought the fire under control.

The Badshahpur police stated that a preliminary investigation revealed the truck was speeding. It is suspected that a fuel leak occurred, which caused the fire.
