After the flag hoisting at the Republic Day ceremony in Gurugram, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini systematically outlined the policies and achievements of the state and central governments. He stated that the country's defence sector is rapidly moving towards self-reliance.
Due to the Make in India and Swadeshi campaigns, India is progressing from an importing to an exporting nation. The country is also registering new progress in areas such as space security, semiconductors, and green energy. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken historic steps for the welfare of workers and the development of villages.
Despite comprising only one per cent of the country's area and 2.09 per cent of its population, Haryana contributes 3.7 per cent to the national GDP. Haryana ranks first among large states in per capita income and per capita GST collection. The state is among the top achievers in the State Ease of Doing Business ranking.
In providing logistics facilities to industries, Haryana is second in the country and first in North India. Haryana is also the state that wins the most medals in international sports competitions. The Chief Minister said that this was his second opportunity to hoist the flag on Republic Day and that Gurugram is a confluence of the teachings of Guru Dronacharya and modern technology.
The Chief Minister said that for decades, governments changed, but the system did not. The average person had to make endless visits to government offices. His government has changed this practice.
Out of 217 pledges made in the assembly elections, 54 have been fulfilled in one year, and work is ongoing on 163. He said that the 'government at the people's doorstep' policy has been adopted. By making Hansi and Dadri districts, the administration has been brought closer to the people. He described transparent recruitment without favouritism or bribes, online registry, a transparent transfer policy, educated panchayats (local self-governing bodies), and the Antyodaya (upliftment of the last person) campaign as the identity of the new Haryana.

The Chief Minister stated that the government has eliminated the role of middlemen, and the benefits of schemes are now reaching people directly.
