Bengaluru PG Girl Murder: After the brutal murder of 24-year-old Kriti Kumari in Bengaluru's Koramangala, an initial investigation revealed the motive behind the accused's heinous act that shook the nation. The accused Abhishek, who was arrested earlier on Saturday from Madhya Pradesh, was allegedly in a romantic relationship with the flatmate of victim Kriti. Kriti and her roommate were living at a PG in the posh Koramangala area of the tech city.
According to the initial probe, the couple used to argue about issues, such as Abhishek's unemployment frequently. Often these arguments would grow intense and Kriti would sometimes intervene. Her intervention was never liked by Abhishek. Moreover, Kriti had allegedly suggested her roommate break up with Abhishek, an NDTV report stated.
Bengaluru PG Murder: Relationship Went Bad, Accused Was Shunned
NDTV further reported that the relationship between Kriti's roommate and Abhishek turned bitter and both the girls stopped picking up the accused's phone. Days ago, Abhishek also created a brawl at an earlier accommodation where they were living. Following this, Kriti helped her friend change the PG and find a new accommodation. This angered Abhishek, who finally killed Kriti.
Bengaluru PG Murder: Chilling CCTV Footage Had Emerged
A CCTV footage emerged on social media following the brutal murder which showed the accused Abhishek entering the halls of the PG carrying a plastic bag in his hand. The accused could be seen knocking at Kriti's door and entering the room, following which he could be seen dragging the girl outside the room while stabbing her mercilessly.
The attacker managed to stab Kriti even though she tried to avoid the attacks and struggled to let go. After being severely injured, as she loses her strength to fight back, Abhishek could be seen stabbing her in the neck before flying to the spot.
