Two allegedly intoxicated women created chaos on a city road in Bengaluru on Saturday night after their two-wheeler collided with a cab. The incident, which was captured on video and has since gone viral on social media, led to police action.
According to reports, the women were returning after meeting friends when their bike rammed into a cab from behind. When the cab driver, identified as Ahmed, questioned them about the collision, the situation quickly escalated into a heated argument. The women allegedly abused the driver and attacked him using their helmets.

As local residents stepped in to defuse the situation, the women were accused of assaulting them as well. Reports claim that one of the women wrapped a chain around the cab driver’s arm and attacked him, further aggravating tensions and drawing a crowd at the spot.
Videos circulating online show the women hurling abuses and making obscene gestures at bystanders. In some clips, men can also be heard shouting and using abusive language in response. One video shows a woman kicking people as they attempt to restrain her.

Despite being taken into a police vehicle, one of the women reportedly continued to shout abuses and make obscene gestures. Following complaints from locals, the police registered a case against the two women, identified as Lisa and Matthew, and took them into custody. Police said further investigation into the incident is underway.
