5:15 pm: MHRD Secretary Amit Khare held a meeting with JNU administration&students of JNU. MHRD asks UGC to bear the cost of Service & Utility charges, JNU students will not have to bear these charges. MHRD appeals to JNU students to withdraw their agitation.
