Delhi AQI Today:  The AQI of Delhi was recorded at 357 on Tuesday, according to SAFAR. Despite steps being taken by the government to make the situation better, the air quality remains in the 'severe' category at several places.

The bad air quality affects the health of people in many ways including leaving a bad impact on lungs too. In order to make sure that you reduce the bad impacts it causes, you can take the following mentioned steps:

- Stop outdoor activity at early morning and after sunset times.

- Avoid prolonged or heavy exertion.

- Go for a short walk instead of a jog and take more breaks.

- Stop any activity level if you experience any unusual coughing, chest discomfort, wheezing, breathing difficulty, or fatigue.

- If the room has windows, close them.
